Backed by GOODA Machinery, our team doesn't just trade—we machine. We evaluate your exact technical drawings to recommend precise steel grades and custom CNC configurations.
We eliminate third-party delays through our robust in-house capabilities. From custom raw block cutting to precision 6-side milling and grinding, we accelerate your lead times.
Quality is our strict metric, not just a promise. Every steel block and CNC machine is verified for exact hardness. We provide complete certifications before shipping.
We strip away hidden costs from cross-border sourcing. You gain direct access to technical English-speaking engineers, real-time video updates, and seamless handling of logistics.
Submit your CAD drawings or CNC specs. Our engineers will immediately evaluate your tolerances and application.
We deliver a comprehensive proposal within 24 hours including parameters, methods, and direct factory pricing.
We allocate verified raw materials and execute schedules. Our engineers monitor every manufacturing phase.
We conduct strict ultrasonic flaw detection for steel and full cycle trial runs for CNC machnes with full reports.
We ensure secure anti-rust packaging and customs. Post-delivery, we provide commissioning guidance and lifelong support.

Delivering vacuum-degassed and pre-hardened mold steel blocks tailored for injection and die-casting. Paired with our milling centers, we ensure structural stability and prolonged tool life.

Supplying ready-to-use squared blocks and heavy-duty duplex milling machines. By outsourcing your initial roughing and chamfering to us, you eliminate preliminary steps and maximize CNC uptime.

Securing your local inventory with stable factory-direct steel and machinery supply. We provide standardized pallet packaging, complete MTC (Mill Test Certificates), and predictable lead times.

Simplifying complex international sourcing. We consolidate multi-item BOMs (steel, CNC machines, tooling) into single optimized container shipments with comprehensive English documentation.
At ASIATOOLS, we believe in building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with global industry leaders to deliver excellence.

To calculate a rectangular mold steel block’s weight, multiply its length, width, and thickness by the material density. When dimensions are in millimeters and density is in g/cm³, divide the result by 1,000,000 to get kilograms. A 500 × 300 × 80 mm steel block at 7.85 g/cm³ weighs 94.2 kg. Use ordered or measured block dimensions for material purchasing, finished dimensions for the machined part, and packed dimensions only for freight calculations. Add pallet and crate weight separately when calculating gross shipping weight. For made-to-order material, sizes, and surface conditions, see our custom mold steel blocks for CNC machining.
Read MoreAnswer: The correct hydraulic clamping pressure is the lowest practical operating pressure that keeps the mold steel block from sliding, lifting, or rotating, while staying below the pressure that bends or marks the block. Calculate the required clamp force first, convert it into pressure with the actual clamp data, and then verify the setting by measuring movement and springback on the real workpiece. Use this order: cutting load → solid stops → supports → clamp force → hydraulic pressure → shop-floor test. Pressure cannot correct weak stops, chips under the block, poor support, or a clamp placed over a thin section. Flat, square stock is easier to locate and support. See why mold steel blocks need six-side milling or review custom mold steel blocks for CNC machining. All figures below are calculation examples, not default settings for every machine or fixture.
Read MoreInspect both milled faces at planned locations, move the stylus across the local cutter marks, and compare each required area with the drawing limit. For process planning, many general mold-base faces fall within Ra 1.6–3.2 µm, while precision mounting or locating faces often target Ra 0.8–1.6 µm. These ranges are practical examples, not universal acceptance limits. Before rework, measure the defect depth and confirm that enough material remains for cleanup, later finishing, and all final dimensions.
Read MoreAnswer: Circular saw blade deflection occurs when the blade is pushed sideways during cutting. If the blade moves before touching the steel, check the blade mounting, flanges, spindle, and runout. If it moves only under load, check the teeth, feed, speed, chip removal, heat, and blade stiffness. If the kerf moves after the blade passes, check the workpiece support, clamping, and internal stress. This guide covers industrial circular saws used to cut solid mold steel. HSS cold saws, carbide circular saws, and dry-cut TCT saws use different speeds, feeds, and cooling methods. Use the machine and blade manuals as the final source for operating limits.
