2 Are you a traditional trading company or a direct manufacturer?
We are a hybrid manufacturing-supplier. Unlike pure traders, we stock raw steel and execute custom 6-side pre-machining inside our own facility using GOODA CNC centers. You buy directly from our processing floor, bypassing third-party markup.
3 What exact grades and hardness levels of mold steel do you supply?
We stock pre-hardened plastic mold steels (e.g., P20/1.2311 at 28-32 HRC), carbon steel (45#), and hot/cold work tool steels (H13, D2). All materials guarantee exact metallurgical composition adhering to AISI, DIN, and JIS standards, and are supplied with original Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
4 What are your dimensional tolerances for pre-machined steel blocks?
Leveraging GOODA's advanced duplex milling and surface grinding centers, we execute precision 2, 4, or 6-side machining. We deliver ready-to-use blocks with dimensional tolerances up to ±0.01mm, strict flatness/parallelism control, and zero-burr edges.
5 Can the GOODA CNC machines be customized for specific production lines?
Yes. Machine travels (X/Y/Z axis), high-torque spindle configurations, and controllers (FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens) are tailored to your blueprints. We also customize automated tool changers (ATC) and specific magnetic chuck layouts based on your workpiece dimensions.

Every steel block undergoes Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to SEP 1921 Class D/d or E/e standards to guarantee zero internal porosity or micro-cracks. We also conduct pre-shipment Brinell/Rockwell hardness testing and chemical spectro-analysis.

In-stock steel with custom 6-side milling ships within 7-10 days. Standard GOODA duplex milling machines require 25-30 days. Fully customized heavy-duty gantry machining centers require 45-60 days to complete casting, assembly, and precision calibration.
08 How do you protect steel and machinery from rust during ocean transit?
We manage EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP shipments. Steel blocks are heavily coated with industrial anti-rust oil and vacuum-sealed. CNC equipment is secured in fumigated wooden crates with moisture-barrier VCI bags and desiccants to prevent transit corrosion.
